Share Market

 In share market we have only control on loss not in profit. So we control our loss using " STOP LOSS " in our trade. When taking a share we must calculate our stop loss then buy a share. If we forget this then we may lose more & more in the share market. How to calculate stop loss I discuss in next discussion. Taking a share without stop loss is equal to riding a bike without helmet.So stop loss is very very important .

 There are three types of Trends 1 - Up Trend 2 - Down Trend 3 - Sideways Trend      A stock can move in the three above mention direction. If we identify the trend then we can  predict the movement of the stock. So trend identification play a vital role in share trading. Here is a example below -

 Support & resistance are two important component of a chart. When we watch a chart we have to identify support as well as resistance then only we get a clear idea of that chart. In near to support we have to buy a stock & in resistance we have to sell. Below picture show the example -

 When the close is lower than the opening price. This is know as Bearish candle. I will capture a live bearish candle for you & post here for your better understanding.   When the closing price is higher than the opening price . I will capture a live bullish candle & post here for your better understanding. 

 There are two types of Candles - 1- Positive candle or also knows as Bullish candle. 2- Negative candle or also knows as Bearish Candle.

 A chart represent by the collection of candles is called a candlestick chart.  I will discuss all about candlestick in my next post. So be in my blog. 

 Share price increased but volume not increased then it is called false breakout. In that case share price must come down in very recent future. 

 If according to volume increase share price increased then it is a buying volume. Its reverse in the selling volume. 

 "Practice makes man perfect ". H ere also same principle apply.          First you have to list out 400 - 500 in your note book & every day try to see maximum chart in a day. After some month / year chat pattern save in your mind then you get the real benefit of chart. So keep practice every day .

 These are the data we can get from Google Finance Graph . While watching Google Finance Graph also see these data for your better understanding. It helps you to takes better decision. 

 A time frame is the interval of data we want to see. Here is some time frame - 1 Day time frame 5 Days - 1 month 6 months  1 year  5 years   

 Volume is an indicator. It show total number of share buy or sell in a specific time period. Here is the example -

 See this graph of HDFC Bank on 29 September 2023 . This is a good example of support. Its support is near about  1493 & it takes support near it.

 From where stock bounce back regularly. Near to resistance is a good sell zone . Example -

 Support is the area where we think to buy a stock ( with some conditions ). This is the example- This stock is trading on its first support area. Here 1540 is the First support price. Second support is 1497.

 Two things important in chart - 1- Support          & 2- Resistance 

 A Line chart use a line to represent a stock price. Below is the example -

 These are some charts used in share market - 1- Line Chart 2- Candle Stick Chart 3- Bar Chart 4- Heikin Ashi Chart  5- Renko Chart  6- Enhanced Candle Stick Chart & so on .....                                                       But Candle stick chart is widely used share market. Because it is simple & easy to understand.  Without chart we are blind in share market. Chart provide us below information -      quickly see the past performance of the stock, the highs, the lows, trends, volume, and much more . To see all the data we can take a better decision ( Buy,Sell or avoid ) in a stock.

In simple chart show the buyer & seller movement. In technical - chart is  a graphical representation of price and volume movements of a stock over a certain period of time . In the graphical chart, the X-axis(ground) represents the time period and the Y-axis represents the price movement. The time period can vary from intra-day to  few years.   Below is the example of a chart -

 

 

  A broker is  a firm that acts as an intermediary ( Middle Man ) between an investor and a  exchange . It provide a platform to open a Demat Account. By the help of a broker you can open a Demat Account & buy ans sell share.

  Demat Account is short form of  dematerialisation account. It holds electronically  shares, bonds, government securities, Mutual Funds, Insurance and ETFs what we buy. Please watch the video -

  A share represents  a unit of equity ownership in a company . You are a small partner of that company. In company's profit you get profit and in loss you get a loss. In the modern time it is one of the best way of investment. Before enter into share market you must have knowledge on it.                                                                                                             It is a just like partnership business.
