Stop Loss ???

 In share market we have only control on loss not in profit. So we control our loss using " STOP LOSS " in our trade. When taking a share we must calculate our stop loss then buy a share. If we forget this then we may lose more & more in the share market. How to calculate stop loss I discuss in next discussion. Taking a share without stop loss is equal to riding a bike without helmet.So stop loss is very very important .

Types of Trends ?

 There are three types of Trends 1 - Up Trend 2 - Down Trend 3 - Sideways Trend      A stock can move in the three above mention direction. If we identify the trend then we can  predict the movement of the stock. So trend identification play a vital role in share trading. Here is a example below -

 Support & resistance are two important component of a chart. When we watch a chart we have to identify support as well as resistance then only we get a clear idea of that chart. In near to support we have to buy a stock & in resistance we have to sell. Below picture show the example -

How we know Negative or Bearish Candle ?

False breakout ?

 Share price increased but volume not increased then it is called false breakout. In that case share price must come down in very recent future. 

How do you know if volume is buying or selling ?

 If according to volume increase share price increased then it is a buying volume. Its reverse in the selling volume. 

How we master in chart (Graph) ?

 "Practice makes man perfect ". H ere also same principle apply.          First you have to list out 400 - 500 in your note book & every day try to see maximum chart in a day. After some month / year chat pattern save in your mind then you get the real benefit of chart. So keep practice every day .

In simple chart show the buyer & seller movement. In technical - chart is  a graphical representation of price and volume movements of a stock over a certain period of time . In the graphical chart, the X-axis(ground) represents the time period and the Y-axis represents the price movement.   A broker is  a firm that acts as an intermediary ( Middle Man ) between an investor and a  exchange . It provide a platform to open a Demat Account. By the help of a broker you can open a Demat Account & buy ans sell share.
